User Interface Icons has a great set of vibrant FREE web icons for your website of blog.
Iconz World a few sets of very crisp FREE 3D icons that could really make your website or blog pop. Two of my favorites are the signs and the hardware sets.
Fam Fam Fam has a great set of tiny FREE flag icons for websites and blogs who may have the option for reading text in other languages.
Kosmar has a great exhaustive set of 80×15 sidebar social bookmarking, browser, and other FREE icons that are small enough not to clutter your sidebars.
GoSquare has a great set of simple FREE 3D looking dark blue icons for icons for most, if not all, your web pages.
And for you sports fans, Free Icons Web has a set of cool FREE 3D sports icons.
Jm Art Studio has fabulous FREE “glass” icons for your desktop as well as your websites and blogs.
White Leopard has a great set of FREE simple, subtle and unique folder icons for your desktop or websites and blogs.
